Where can we provide training?

We train on client premises all over the world. There are only a small number of countries we cannot train in.

What types of organisations can be trained?

We deal with client organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to FTSE 100 and public sector bodies. From AstraZeneca plc and The British Library to wedding shops and beauty salons.

I'm an individual, can I join a training course?

Sorry, we only train in closed groups where delegates are all from the same organisation.

Is the training only for marketing with the use of social media channels?

No, you may be a customer service department or a main board of directors who want to receive a day to understand how you might utilise social media. Our training is configured to your needs.

How long does training take?

A standard day will run from 10.30am to 4.30pm. However, the bespoke nature of our service means all training can be tailored to suit your needs and timeframe.

Do we provide training for all social media channels?

Yes. The mainstream channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+ are frequently requested. They're not all we train on though. Flickr, Instagram, Keek, Tumblr, Blogger, Wordpress, Foursquare and many more platforms are catered for in full.

Is 15 the maximum number of delegates for a day?

It is our standard recommended maximum number. We can train more delegates in a single session, but you are asked to understand that this increases the potential for running out of time due to the volume of questions delegates may ask.

Can you send delegates to us?

We can offer training on our premises, yes. Please ask about our in-house training. Catering is provided as part of our in-house offering.

How far in advance do days need to be booked?

Most clients book at least 4 weeks in advance. If you require training sooner, we'll do our utmost to meet your needs but can't guarantee being able to give you the date you want.

Do all delegates require computer access on the day of training?

No. Many clients prefer delegates not to. It is possible for delegates to become distracted by their new-found knowledge when they have a computer in front of them! We leave the choice to you.

What do we need on the day of training?

We bring our own laptop and digital projector (unless you want us to use your projector or large screen TV). You need to provide reliable internet access with no blocks on social media channels, a mains power socket, adequate desk and seating and a clean white/cream wall or projector screen.
